What the role does.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for Team Hoyt Denver’s public website and member portal, both hosted on Cloudflare, with source code maintained in GitHub
- Manage domain registration through GoDaddy and DNS through Cloudflare, and administer Google Workspace (email) and Google Drive (document storage) for the organization
- Maintain and troubleshoot third-party integrations supporting THD’s systems, including Signwell (e-signatures), Resend (SMTP/email delivery), Stripe (donation processing), PayPal (reimbursements), Constant Contact (marketing email) and background check platforms
- Evaluate and process member portal access requests
- Triage and resolve bugs and feature requests submitted by directors and other portal users
- Work with the President and Marketing Director on CRM management, the public website, member-facing applications and communications
- Work with the Race Director, Volunteer Relations Manager and Racing Chair Director to ensure the member portal reliably supports race-day logistics
- Work with the Treasurer to maintain donation and reimbursement system integrations
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual, repetitive tasks through technology solutions that improve the scalability of the volunteer base and the consistency and quality of outcomes for athletes and volunteers
- Maintain sufficient working knowledge of THD’s technology stack to make or guide updates using AI-assisted or self-directed coding; proficiency with AI-assisted coding or hands-on coding is a hard requirement for this role, and GitHub proficiency is preferred
- Attend a minimum of 4 Team Hoyt Denver races per year
